“Hotel am Gärtnerplatz” and our bed and breakfast house “Haus Ulrike” are beeing hosted by two generations of the family of Bollenbach.

From now on you will be able to purchase our home made marmalade (different varieties). They are prepared in person by our senior director!
In their own 300 qm big garden the family Bollenbach grow seasonal herbs, fruits and vegetables.
“That’s what our guests love and appreciate the most”.
The marmalade is from 100% hand made production. For marmalade our guests enjoy for breakfast a variety from strawberry, blackberry, gooseberry, currant, plums or apple is served regularly.
In the hotel’s own spice garden we grow among other things parsley, chives, marjoram, oregano, sorrel, peppermint and lemon balm.
